Six Palestinians killed in Israeli raids Mon.


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Six Palestinian were killed in Gaza Strip and 18 others were injured after a series of Israeli air raids during Iftar (breakfast) period on Monday, Palestinian medics said.

Mohammad Hamdan, 24, was killed in an Israeli missile attack in southern Gaza, Palestinian medical sources said, adding two more Palestinians were also killed, while seven others were injured, one of them critically, during another raid targeting a house in Rafah camp, south of Gaza.

Palestinian medics said two more Palestinians were killed in an Israeli reconnaissance plane targeting Palestinian gathered in Al-Qararah town in southern Gaza.

A four years old Palestinian child was pronounced dead after being transferred to Al-Aqsa hospital in Deir Al-Balah, as result of an air raid targeting a residential area in Al-Nusairat camp, in central Gaza.

Palestinian medics said six people were also injured in that raid and were all transferred to nearby hospital.

The number of Palestinian fatalities increased to 180 dead and more than 1,280 injured since the start of Israeli aggression in the past couple of days.
