Israeli artillery targets S. Lebanon for fourth straight day

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The Israeli army's artillery fired, for the fourth consecutive day, shells at southern Lebanon, in response to rockets fired targeting Occupied Palestinian territories, the National News Agency (NNA) said Monday.

The news agency said the Israeli shelling targeted Al-Henia, Al-Azia, Al-Mansouri, and Zabqin Valley.

Israeli shelling also targeted the coastal area of the country.

The Israeli action comes as the fourth wave of attacks since the past three days, despite Lebanese and UN forces patrolling the southern part of the country.
