China's export growth up for the 3rd month in June


(MENAFN) Data released showed that China's exports increased for the third consecutive month in June as the country's trade continued its upward trend, Xinhua reported.

According to the General Administration of Customs (GAC), the exports increased 7.2 percent on-year, reaching USD186.8 billion in June, with the growth pace slowing slightly over May.

During the same period, imports rebounded 5.5 percent from a year earlier, hitting USD155.2 billion, while total foreign trade increased 6.4 percent to USD342 billion, the data showed.

Meanwhile, trade balance realized a surplus of USD31.6 billion in June, following USD35.9 billion in May and USD18.45 billion in April, according to the GAC.
