(MENAFN - Arab News) Halfway through the Bowler of the Year series Jay Bengco and Minda Guevarra became the Bowlers of the Month for June during the OFBC Monthly Tournament recently at the Ice Land Bowling Center here.

Bengco and Guevarra both scored easy victories in their respective divisions.

Class B bowler Bengco totaled 377 pinfalls for two games in the final beating Class C Conrad Baltazar who returned 362. Two pins back in second runner-up position was Mike Tambasen 360 while Lexter Atienza completed the podium winners on 356.

Guevarra carded 369 as she prevailed over Shirley Sagmit despite her disadvantage by 10 pins in handicap. Sagmit settled for first runner-up on 349. Carms Lim was second runner-up on 332 nd Christine Stone third runner-up on 293.


The June winners and runners-up each received cash prize and gift pack courtesy of sponsor Star Markets through Ishtiaq Elaji Star Superstores branch manager.
