(MENAFN - Khaleej Times) Middle East gamers who enjoy the first-person shooter genre of gaming can now experience the thrill of ultimate domination with BenQs new XL2720Z gaming monitor developed in collaboration with Counter-Strike pro gaming legends.

BenQ has launched its latest gaming monitor in Dubai for the Middle East and Africa gamers and its regional head claimed that the company is ranked top globally as there is no other competitor in this segment.



“I see around 300 per cent growth every year in this segment as we are No.1 and our competitor didn’t enter in this category” Manish Bakshi managing director of BenQ Middle East and Africa told Khaleej Times at the launch late on Monday.



Referring to the product category Bakshi explained that it’s a hidden market. “You need to unearth it” he added.



Talking about the main features of the product he said that its ultra-fast response time will not be found in any other product at this time and that’s the speed gamer’s demand.



Giving examples of popular gaming cafes across the UAE he mentioned that they are forced to replace other monitors with BenQ monitors because of the demand from gamers. Earlier speaking at the official launch of the monitor in Dubai Bakshi said: “The Middle East has a strong gaming community and with the ultimate XL2720Z there is no excuse to lose. It gives the gamer an unprecedented level of control to help conquer any enemy in FPS gaming. It offers agile performance and viewing comfort which makes even playing for long hours an enjoyable experience. Our new Motion Blur Reduction tchnology also helps gamers to down targets with more precision.”
