Malaysia's International Reserves Reach 131.9 Billion


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Ala Lumpur July 08 (QNA) - Bank Negara Malaysia's international reserves amounted to RM423.6 billion about (equivalent to US$131.9 billion) as at June 30 2014.



The central bank said in a statement that the reserves level has taken into account the quarterly adjustment for foreign exchange revaluation changes according to Malaysia's (Bernama) News Agency.



The reserves position was sufficient to finance 9.0 months of retained imports and was 1.3 times the short-term external debt it added. (QNA)
