UAE Pres. health "good" - affirms Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan's health is "good," the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al-Nahyan confirmed Sunday, brushing aside social media reports about the health of the head of state.

"What have been reported by some social media sites about the health of the President of the State is not true and are mere rumors," Sheikh Mohammad, also Deputy Supreme Commander of UAE's Armed Forces, was quoted in an official statement cited by officials WAM news agency.

Sheikh Mohammad, who made the remarks while visiting a citizen, called on all people to be "careful in relaying the information, so we use the modern technology and social media networks for the well-being of the society and nation." Sheikh Mohammad hoped the United Arab Emirates (UAE) would live in ever-lasting stability, security and prosperity.
