Tunisia strongly condemns killing of Palestinian teenager Abu khudair

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Tunisia strongly condemned on Saturday the "despicable crime" that claimed the life of Palestinian teenager Mohammad Abu Khudair, killed by Israeli settlers in occupied Al-Quds in recent days

"This crime, which shall be added to the long series of other crimes committed against the defenseless Palestinian people, exposes the true intentions of Israel," a Tunisian presidential statement said

The statement noted that hostile reactions from the Israeli government to the inter-Palestinian reconciliation, the resumption of settlement, the attacks against Palestinians in the West Bank through their sources of livelihood and the lives of their children as well as the unjust blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip "are evidence that the Israeli side turns its back on peace in its true sense." The Israeli reactions, the statement added, require the highest condemnation from states and regional and international entities, since they affects international peace and stability in the region which is experiencing a rise in the dangers of terrorism and extremism

Palestinian teenager Mohammad Abu Khudair, 17, was abducted, tortured and burnt alive by Israeli extremist settlers on July 2 in Occupied Al-Quds, sparking a wave of protests in Palestine and broad international condemnation

Various media outlets did not ruled out that he Abu Khudair was the victim of revenge after the murder of three young Israeli settlers
