White House: Washington Will Not Sign NoSpy Agreement


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Shington july 04 (qna) -the united states says it will not sign a no-spy agreement with germany amid the ongoing row over washington's controversial surveillance activities according to media reports.



"we‘re not going to have a no-spy agreement" ben rhodes obama's deputy national security adviser for strategic communications told reporters in a press conference.

"we don‘t have no-spy agreements with any country" rhodes stated.

rhodes said more time is needed to overcome differences between washington and berlin over the spying issue.
