UAE- Khalifa foundation launches Iftar project in Beirut


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The khalifa bin zayed al nahyan foundation has commenced its ramadan iftar project in beirut by distributing meals and ramadan assistance to over 30000 needy lebanese and displaced syrian and palestinian families at camps in lebanon

Supervised by the uae embassy in beirut the project is in line with the uae’s continuous campaign to provide relief aid to those in need.The aid includes distribution of 15 tonnes of dates to needy families. the beneficiaries have expressed their gratitude to the uae and the foundation for their gesture saying that the relief aid comes amidst “dire living conditions”.
