Pope Francis and King Felipe VI expressed, during their 40-minute meeting, desire to further cement bilateral relations, as well as importance of dialogue between the Catholic Church and the Spanish state for the best interest of the Spanish society, added the statemen



King Felipe also met with Secretary of State Archbishop Pietro Parolin and discussed international and regional issues of mutual interest particularly in conflict zones
