China's new home sales dip 48.8 percent in 2014
(MENAFN) The Securities Daily said that sales of newly built home in China's capital have fell 48.8 percent on-year in 2014, hitting its lowest since 2005, Xinhua reporte
Statistics from Centaline Property Agency showed a total of 22,782 units of new homes with an area of 2.75 million square meters had been sold as of June 2
Meanwhile, average prices stood at USD4,300 thousand per square meter in the same period, up 18.8 percent from a year earlie
"Policy easing on high-end housing purchases will have limited impact to stoke the cooling housing market, especially with a tightening monetary policy," deputy general manager of Yahao Real Estate Service Corp said
