Kuwait charity provides food to Syrian refugees in Lebanon

Speaking to KUNA, the chief of the charity office in Beirut, Ashraf Al-Bakri said the Kuwaiti charitable aid came on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, noting that Kuwaiti aid to Syrian refugees in Lebanon has been continuing since the outbreak of the Syrian crisi

The food and medical aid has been donated by Kuwaiti philanthropists in order to help in the alleviation of the sufferings and woes of Syrian refugees in Lebanon, he adde



He appreciated the "bountiful aid" of Kuwaiti charities and philanthropists as a sign of Kuwait's relentless support for the Syrian people amid such difficult social, economic and health circumstance



Kuwait's Al-Rahma International Charity had opened a camp for Syrian refugees at Rihaniyya town in northern Lebano



Al-Rahma's camp in Rihaniyya contains around 300 tents with all its utilities and services, as well as a mosque, with a total cost of KD 60,000
