(MENAFN - #Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) At least 11 militants of the Islamic State of #Iraq and Levant (ISIL) were killed during clashes with Syrian regime forces in Al-Hasaka northeast of the country, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said Saturda



In a statement, SOHR said that the ongoing clashes took place between regime troops supported by national defense forces on one side, and militants from ISIL including armed tribesmen in sububan Al-Qamlishi city on the other, which resulted in regime forces taking control of at least five towns, amid shelling by ISIL on the are




The clashes also resulted in killing at least six regime forces. Explosions were reported in Abu Qasayib and Kharab Askar town



Meanwhile, SOHR added that negotiations ares taking place between ISIL and Al-Nusra Front, with mediation of tribesmen calling for ceasefire between the two
