(MENAFN - Khaleej Times) The teacher allegedly locked the classrooms door and then asked the 13-year-old boy to massage him.

a mathematics teacher in a private school admitted in the dubai court of first instance on tuesday to molesting a 13-year-old pupil in the classroom while the other pupils were away.

according to the prosecution records the incident happened on april 16 when the 29-year-old filipino teacher was alone with the boy in the classroom. the teacher allegedly locked the classroom’s door and then asked the pupil to massage him.

“it was around 1.30 pm and while i was massaging him he told me he would miss me during the summer break” the boy told the prosecutor.

the boy recounted in his statement to the prosecutors that the teacher hugged and kissed him on his cheeks. the boy would not let the teacher kiss his lips.

the defendant touched the boy inappropriately for a while before he stopped as the pupils began entering the classroom.

the teacher reportedly admitted during investigation to having molested the teen student.

the court is expected to give a verdict on july 7.
