Indonesian automotive industry to grow faster in 2015


(MENAFN) An Indonesian minister said that his country expects automotive industry to grow at a faster pace when the ASEAN economic community kicks off next year, Xinhua reported. The strong increased of the automotive industry is attributed to the huge investment in the last two years in the sector, the Indonesian Industry Minister said. Data from the Industry Ministry showed that the biggest economy in Southeast Asia has manufactured 1.2 million cars last year. "The ASEAN economic community will be an opportunity for domestic automotive industry to develop," Minister MS Hidayat said at Industry Ministry.
