when asked if releasing the film during the first week of ramadan would affect its box office result sahil said: “this was an issue we had debated but we finally decided to go ahead with the release since the movie was complete. we hope people will make an effort to watch it at an appropriate time.”
vidya added “we are hoping it will be in theatres for more than a month so those who want to watch it later can.”
she praised the city’s audiences saying “a lot of people here watch our films; we receive a lot of warmth and affection and as actors we always need that reassurance.”
