an emirati lawyer representing the complainant company said the seizure order was issued following a bounced cheque case given by a gold and jewellery trading company to his client.

the execution judge then issued a subpoena against the defendant as he was the guard at the time when the theft took place. the police officers arrested the accused and he was later referred to the public prosecution for investigation.
