“we are thankful to the dha who have always supported such humanitarian initiatives” said ahmed al asad team member of the mosaadah (assistance) committee at the dha. “this year they provided us with 600 care packages which we distributed among patients with financial constraints and staff members.”
as part of the humanitarian activities undertaken during this month the committee also distributed 100 wheelchairs to dha hospitals and primary health centres. the committee plans more philanthropic activities during ramadan. those interested to volunteer and/or donate may contact representatives of the mosaadah programme at 009714 2197474.
