Saudi- Mobily claims success of Elite program

(MENAFN- Arab News) Mobily's elite program which was launched to polarize the young national competencies has proven a remarkable success. this is due to the company's plans to reach their highest level of appropriate career sophistication.

the program has been generally accepted by all newly joined employees. the employee enjoys the actual work in conjunction with skills training in all departments divided by two years of upgrading the competencies to reach the highest degree of professionalism in all of mobily's departments.

hamad al-hashemi chief hr officer stated that the elite program was launched after a extensive study carried out by international specialized centers and through applying the best practices that support its success to reach the highest levels desired by the company in accordance with its long-term vision.

he noted that the company's management is very keen to create a practical environment that contributes to the success of the program and to support all those who joined it to earn a professional career and widen the horizon of the graduates working in it.

the program attracted the elite graduates from saudi universities and scholarships within the scholarship program of custodian of the two holy mosques king abdullah. the program also supported the university graduates by recruiting them in line with the company's strategic direction to enable them participate in activities in its forthcoming plans.

mobily's plan for the summer and collaborative training attracted graduates from local universities selected through interviews to determine their capability and to merge and work in a one team spirit in addition to gauge their english language level.
