Saudi Arabia to build 11 new stadiums

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud ordered on Saturday the construction of eleven stadiums, each with a capacity to seat 45,000 fans, in different parts of the kingdom. The new stadiums have been ordered to be built in conformity with the highest international standards, perhaps echoing what has been achieved in the King Abdullah sport city here in Jeddah, said Saudi Press Agency (SPA). This mega project is slated for immediate construction and is hoped to be completed at an early date, said the Agency.
