UAE to become the world's biggest textile market in 2016

(MENAFN) The China National Textile & Apparel Council (CNTAC) has recently reported that the UAE controls 5.5 percent of the global textile market, according to Gulf News. Gulf countries are becoming global leading textile manufacturing and trading centers. Also the UAE is expected to become the world's leading high-end textile and garment re-export center in 2016. Clothing is emerging as the world's fourth largest trading segment in fashion and apparel.
