according to an itar-tass report tuesday parliamentary committee on international affairs chairman alexei pushkov wrote on his twitter microblog "if kiev is out of the picture unilateral demarcation of the border will not happen. this is a joint action." the national security and defense council of ukraine authorized the government to conduct a unilateral demarcation of the ukrainian-russian border security council secretary andriy parubiy told reporters after the security council meeting chaired by ukrainian president petro poroshenko.
"the cabinet was instructed to conduct the unilateral demarcation of the ukrainian-russian border to ensure its proper engineering development in accordance with today's threats to the national security" he said. (qna)
