Saudi, UAE to develop renewable energy


(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia and the UAE plan to develop renewable energy and clean technology in the region, according to Arab News. The two countries will invest in clean energy projects and green technology investment funds, and plan to collaborate on research and development of advanced clean energy technologies. Abu Dhabi-owned Masdar has signed an agreement with the King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (KACARE) to join together to advance the development of renewable energy and clean technology.
