"in view of these rapid developments we swiftly urge those concerned to pay attention to the demands of large segments of the population who only seek equality and participation away from all forms of sectarian or denominational discrimination. while we strongly condemn terrorism and violence in all its forms and manifests we must however take into account the fact that injustice exclusion marginalization and use of security and military solutions exclusively to suppress popular demands can lead to the interference of other parties fuel violence and contribute to its expansion but does not eliminate it in any way." he urged iraqis to resort to wisdom reason and dialogue in dealing with the current crisis in order to preserve the unity of iraq's land and people and institutions and stay away from anything that would increase the rift and deepens the division.
