(MENAFN) A report released said that service outsourcing in China has become a major growth industry, with a value reaching USD272 billion last year, Xinhua reported.
Figures showed that the industry accounts for about 2.97 percent of the country's GDP in 2013, while it contributed by 0.8 percent of the country's economic growth.
According to the 2014 Development Report of China's Outsourcing Brand Development", the industry provides the country with direct and indirect employment of 5.38 million and 17.8 million, respectively.
