China's Easter Airline purchases 80 Boeing jets


(MENAFN) China's Easter Airline, one of the major three freights in the country, announced signing an agreement with Boeing for the purchase of 80 airplanes, Xinhua reported. According to the airlines, most of the purchased planes under the agreement are the B737 MAX model, which is energy-efficient. The total value of the 80 jets will be USD7.39 billion, as the delivery date is set between the years 2016-2020, the company said. The China-based cargo projects a boost in its transport capacity of 13 percent as a result of this agreement.
