Gulf Organization to support Gulf exports


(MENAFN) The Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) is willing to support Gulf industrial exports in a series of programs, according to the Peninsula Qatar. The plan came after the GCC industrial exports boosted to USD115 billion in 2012, of which 12.6 percent reached USD908 billion in value. GOIC Secretary General Abdulaziz bin Hamad Al Ageel explained that GCC industrial exports boosted to almost USD115 billion in 2012 compared to USD55 billion in 2008. Al Ageel announced that re-exported products were valued at USD153.2 billion in 2012 and non-oil exports were worth USD168 billion.
