Saudi imports drop 5.0 percent in April


(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia has posted its sixth fall in a row in imports, as they dropped by 5.0 percent year-on-year in April, while non-oil exports reached 0.4 percent, its slowest in twelve months, according to Arab News. Nonoil exports account for around 12 percent of the overall exports of Saudi Arabia. The Kingdom does not release complete trade data on a monthly basis. Data are often revised by the statistics office.
