China outperforms S. Korea in key items exports to Europe

(MENAFN) A local Chinese economic think tank said that China is following up to South Korea in export competitiveness of key items to Europe, with South Korea beginning to lose ground in the old continent, QNA reported. South Korea is still ahead of China in IT and shipbuilding, but the Asian rival has surpassed South Korea in steel products and machineries, a report from the Hyundai Research Institute (HRI) said. The same report also noted that South Korea's falling competitiveness in Europe, South Korea's News Agency (Yonhap) reported.
