the forum brought together more than 75 professionals from 15 markets to reinforce its hr strategy values and foundations across its operations. over the course of two days participants shared best practices and discussed the latest trends in the hr industry while mapping the etisalat group’s hr vision for the next five years within the broader industry framework.

as a key take-away from the forum al sawaleh recommended that etisalat’s future hr plans be hinged around innovative new systems and processes witnessed within the hr industry at large. he also called for greater collaboration and the exchange of best practices across etisalat’s markets which would allow consistency and real-time alignment.
