(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Lamabad june 07 (qna) - at least one soldier was killed and another was injured in a roadside blast on saturday in the nawagai tehsil of northwestern pakistan's bajaur tribal region.
according to political sources the fc personnel were passing by when the improvised explosive devise was detonated. the slain soldier and his injured colleague were shifted to a hospital.
immediately after the incident security forces took control of the area and launched a search operation.
meanwhile security forces defused two bombs one on north waziristan's ghulam khan road and one in hangu's doaba area. (qna)
