(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) The Public Authority for Electricity and Water (PAEW) and the Electricity Holding Group (EH Group) announced the result of #Omanenergy competition to mark Arab Efficiency Day in Oman by inviting the public to submit their pictures and videos through Instagram using the hashtag #Omanenergy.
On this occasion, EH Group and PAEW selected a judging panel to evaluate the best pictures and videos that reflect the concept of the day under the following themes: Energy Saving, Renewable Energy and Conservation. The panel included Mariam Ghalib al Alawi, a local social media expert, Dareen Mehdi Ahmed, board member at Environment Society of Oman (ESO), and Ra'ed Mohammed Dawood, a local graphic designer. The panel evaluated over 450 photos and videos received to ensure that they meet the terms of the competition. The first winner was Ghalia al Khaldi, while the second winner was Fatima al Mamari, and the third winner is Amal al Wahaibi.
