(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) The Al Mazyona savings scheme from Bank Muscat has gained momentum with numerous customers from across the sultanate winning attractive cash prizes.
The 2014 Al Mazyona scheme offers exciting weekly, monthly, quarterly and grand prizes. Taking the total prize money to over RO8mn in 2014 compared to RO7mn in 2013, Al Mazyona reaches out to all individual segments with exclusive prizes earmarked for women youths, children, salary account holders and high savings balance customers in all governorates. As on date, the scheme offering more for everyone to share is the biggest prize money in Oman and the region.
Notably, the prize money is shared by more winners as customers from all governorates are guaranteed to win prizes ranging from RO1,000 a week to RO500,000 at the end of the year. Bank Muscat understands customer expectations and Al Mazyona 2014 scheme reflects innovative customer segmentation based on two principles – region and demographics – ensuring a higher winning chance to customers across Oman.
Winning has never been simpler as customers are not required to block their money for long or wait a long time to win big prizes. Customers maintaining a minimum balance of RO1,000 get a chance to win RO10,000 every month.
For every RO1,000 balance, customers are entitled to ten winning chances. Thirty monthly prizes, including two for asalah Priority Banking customers, totaling RO300,000 are reserved for the governorates. The more the balance, higher the winning chances. Following the first quarter prize draw, Al Mazyona customers maintaining a minimum balance of RO1,000 for three months now get a chance to win the big prize of RO50,000 during the quarters ending June and September.
A total of 15 quarterly prizes, including one for asalah Priority Banking, totalling RO750,000, are reserved for the governorates. The longer the saving, higher the chances to win. The grand year-end prizes total up to a whopping RO1.9mn to be shared by 14 winners from the governorates and one winner from asalah Priority Banking. Customers maintaining a minimum balance of RO1,000 for the last quarter of the year are eligible for the grand prize draw.
In all, 14 winners from the governorates will win RO100,000 each, besides RO500,000 by an asalah Priority banking customer. Customers get ten chances for every RO1,000 balance. The higher the balance, higher the chances to win. Notably, Bank Muscat is offering 28 exclusive all-expensespaid 2014 FIFA World Cup packages for Al Mazyona customers maintaining a minimum balance of RO1,000. The all-expenses- paid packages include airline tickets, match ticket, fourday and three-night hotel accommodation and sight-seeing in Brazil.<
