(MENAFN- The Peninsula) A massive sandstorm engulfs the northeastern neighbourhood of Minicity in Iran's capital Tehran. The sandstorm, accompanied by 110 kilometre per hour winds, killed at least four people, plunged the city into darkness, knocked out power supplies, damaged buildings and caused massive disruption.
