(MENAFN Press) UAE, June 2, 2014 : The Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) has announced that it will sponsor Brazilian Week at The Sultan Center in Al-Salmiya, Kuwait, in collaboration with the Brazilian Export and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil). Running from June 3 to 16, 2014, the event will be an opportunity for the organization to promote Brazilian products in the country.

Approximately 150 items, mostly food products, will throw the spotlight on a diverse and delicious range of Brazilian products during the two-week long promotion at the supermarket. Aside from the prominent display of products, there will be special counters where consumers will be able to sample some of the exclusively imported food items to get a taste of Brazilian products.

Michel Alaby, General Secretary and CEO, Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, said: We are happy to join forces Apex-Brasil and The Sultan Center to bring a wide range of Brazilian products, including food items to the Kuwaiti market. By supporting the Brazilian Week, we want to raise awareness among the Arab population about a huge range of products Brazil has to offer. It will also be an opportunity to increase trading activities between Brazil and Kuwait."

Brazilian Week is an innovative campaign held at The Sultan Center targeting Arab customers. The supermarket's customers will be able to purchase Brazilian products at highly competitive prices during the two-week long promotion.
