London house prices up 4.2 percent in April


(MENAFN) Official data showed that the average house price in London increased by 4.2 percent to USD726,507 in April, Xinhua reported. According to an executive agency and non-ministerial department, the annual change in the capital rose 17 percent in April. "With the general election looming next year, which typically creates an air of uncertainty, we are expecting price growth in prime central London to fall to zero in 2015," a residential and commercial property consultancy said.
