israel official radio quoted on sunday the head of israel's military administration major general yoav mordechai as saying that the palestinian request in this regard has been refused.
the radio also referred to an unidentified israeli political source who said that the formation of this new government is an extremely negative step and israel will not negotiate with a government backed by hamas. (qna)
