(MENAFN- Arab Times) Kuwait city may 13: civil service commission (csc) announced on tuesday the official holiday of al-isra and al-mi'raj will be on thursday may 29 instead of may 26. the change of date comes as part of a cabinet decision said the csc in a statement. it added that the state bodies with special work nature can arrange their off days in accordance with their needs.
