(MENAFN - Khaleej Times) Wellness systems are becoming more popular with consumers and dubai ? one of the most discerning markets there is ? is one of the best places to provide these services while taking on the challenge of satisfying clients.

and with consumers becoming more demanding it is imperative that not only to provide the services needed but to also to give value for money a top official of wellness provider lpg systems says.

“there are three rules to follow if you wish to succeed” michel lipoff lpg systems’ middle east and cis area manager told khaleej times in an interview during beautyworld middle east 2014 which concluded on thursday at the dubai world trade centre. “rule no.1 satisfy your customer; rule no2 satisfy your customer; and rule no3 satisfy your customer. satisfaction means everything.”

valence-headquartered lpg systems which initials stand for its founder louis paul guitay was founded in 1986 while guitay was undergoing physical therapy after figuring in a car accident. seeing the inconsistencies in the treatments being administered to him guitay — who is an inventor — designed a machine to mimic massage movements. the rest as they say is history.

the company marked its presence in the uae in 2010 under the joint venture lpg bella concept in dubai. since then the company has been “very successful” thanks to the strength of the emirate’s economy and the influx of more and more consumers getting into the wellness craze. across the uae it is present through partner salons.

aside from the uae lpg systems’ presence in the region spans through saudi arabia qatar oman kuwait bahrain and lebanon. globally it has thousands of centres scattered across 112 countries.

“we opened our office [in dubai] to offer very good pricing education training marketing communication and support” lipoff says. “for us it is essential that our clients will be successful.”

at beautyworld lpg is launching its new lipomassage express treatments lasting for only about 15 minutes and targeting busy individuals. the procedure — which can firm specific body parts and provide waistline slimming — has shown remarkable results: 12 lipomassage sessions of 15 minutes each have resulted in a slimmer and well-contoured physique recent scientific studies showed.

“we are happy with the response we have had during this year’s beautyworld middle east” lpg bella concept chief executive officer ludovic loffreda said in a statement. “the quality and volume of visitors have been excellent and we have made some great leads that we are sure to turn into strong business partnerships. we closed good deals.”

lpg is also showcasing its latest-generation lpg cellu m6 which delivers the most-advanced lipomassage and endermolift techniques. the company works exclusively on 100 per cent natural non-invasive body slimming and anti-ageing for those who seek natural beauty solutions.

uae consumers lipoff says won’t mind splurging on certain services — provided they get the best value for their money.

“[here] they want to make sure that they receive the best value for the money they spend” lipoff said. “this is particularly true when it comes to health science; if it’s good they don’t really pay attention to the money they spend.”

lipoff added that aside from their uae-based clients the strength of the country’s tourism has also boosted lpg’s business with tourists who are already lpg clients happy to find out that they would get the same services that they would anywhere in the world.

“people are becoming more and more demanding” he said. “we are very successful here in the uae because this is one of the countries where you have the greatest level of service.”
