together with the belarusian and kazakh leaders alexander lukashenko and nursultan nazarbayev putin plans to sign the agreement on the establishment of the eurasian economic union due to begin to function in the customs union space from january 1 2015 according to (itar-tass) news agency.
the kremlin sees the upcoming signing of the agreement between russia belarus and kazakhstan as a landmark integration event.
"signing the agreement is a historic event from the point of view of the development of integration processes in eurasian space" presidential aide yuri ushakov said. (qna)
