Perfumes and cosmetics foreign trade reaches USD4.90 billion in 2013


(MENAFN)Dubai customs reported that perfumes and cosmetics hit USD4.90 billion in 2013, reported Khaleej Times. USD2.99 billion for imports, USD0.54 billion exports and 1.36 billion re-exports, Director of Strategy and Corporate Excellence at Dubai customs assured that these figures reflect the demands of these products from regional and international markets. These are apart from areas of navigation, transportation, logistics and freght, Ahmad Kazim also added " Dubai Customs is committed to maintaining world-class services by incorporating innovation and excellence in our operations and motivating human cadres to give their best and deliver top quality of services." Perfumes and cosmetics trade are remarkably expanding, KSA came first on the list of Dubai export partners with USD. 55.55 billion, followed by Oman and Egypt.
