Britain eyes Chinese green construction sector


(MENAFN) British Business Secretary said that his country is eyeing business opportunities in the Chinese green construction sector, which offers volume as high as USD337 million, Xinhua reported. The UK-based Building Research Establishment (BRE) has signed an agreement with government of China's southeastern Shenzhen City to set up a center, delivering training and promoting services of green construction standards across China. "We are excited by the collaboration with the Shenzhen Government and supporting them to achieve their goal to be the greenest city in China," said director of BRE China.
