(MENAFN) Bawabat Al Shamal Real Estate Company (BASREC), owner of Doha Festival City, has awarded a construction contract worth USD453 million to Gulf Contracting Company, according to Arabian Business.
The two parties said that the contract, which is considered as a major step towards the completion of the project, will help them complete the project in the second half of 2016.
Upon completion, Doha Festival City Mall will be Qatar's largest shopping mall with a gross leasable area of some 250,000 square meters.
