Pakistan PM Arrives in India for Narendra Modi's Swearing In


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) W delhi may 26 (qna) - pakistan's prime minister muhammad nawaz sharif has arrived in new delhi to attend the oath taking ceremony of indian prime minister-designate narendra modi.

this is the first time that any pakistani prime minister is attending the swearing in ceremony of indian prime minister.

in a brief statement before departure for india prime minister nawaz sharif said forging close and cordial relations with all neighbors including india is the foremost priority of pakistan.

he said he is carrying the message of peace and he will discuss all matters with the indian leaderships.

he said matters can only be resolved through negotiations. (qna)
