(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Sunday a congratulatory cable to Dr. Ibrahim Rashdan Al-Rashdan, a Cardiology Consultant, for receiving an award at an international conference held in Paris for specialists in interventional cardiology, cardiac catheterization, and obtaining membership of one of Europe's major organizations in cardiac catheterization.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished Dr. Al-Rashdan further success and medical accomplishments that hoist Kuwait's name high at scientific arenas.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah also sent similar cables.
