Qatar's Ooredoo signs USD1b agreement


(MENAFN) Ooredoo said it has recently signed a USD 1 billion Revolving Credit Facility Agreement with a number of major domestic and international banks, according to Qatar News Agency. The tenor of the facility is 5 years and the facility will be used for pre-paying the USD750 million Revolving Credit Facility maturing in May 2015 and for general corporate purposes. Qatar National Bank S.A.Q. is the Facility Agent of the Lenders and acted as the Documentation Agent for the Facility and was the General Financial Advisor to Ooredoo Q.S.C.
