UAE's Select Group signs contract with Transemirates
(MENAFN) Select Group has recently awarded a contract to Transemirates Contracting (TEC) for its USD136 million worth No. 9 tower development in Dubai Marina, according to Arabian Business.
Select has signed the contract with TEC as the official construction partner of their ninth residential tower in the Marina area.
Select has already opened sales for No.9, which includes 200 apartments, in January, and sold out in few weeks of its launch.
