(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) Taking full advantage of its online reach to facilitate easier registration, BankDhofar now offers customers the option to register themselves via its Internet Banking system.
This means that customers can now register their accounts without having to route their requests through BankDhofar's website or having to visit the branch to collect their passwords. This assures that their banking requirements are met on time, anywhere. Our Internet banking system is a vast and expanding network with a growing portfolio of services. With the introduction of the new procedure for online registration, customers now need only provide their account number, national ID/Passport details select their debit card and enter their ATM pin.
The procedure is similar to BankDhofar's mobile banking registration. Any changes to the customer's password or user ID can also be done online. Following the launch of the application on Android and iPhone devices, BankDhofar has facilitated ease of use and a rich variety of services.
These include exclusive new benefits such as payment of credit cards including American Express, making payments and donations to charities and civil society organisations, third party account transfers, statement checks, cheque book requisition, utility payment and mobile credit recharge. That's not all, BankDhofar's mobile banking system also serves as an information channel for exchange rates, latest banking promotions, besides providing a 24-hour contact window to the bank.
