at the outset of the meeting he the secretary-general of the advisory council fahad bin mubarak al khayareen read the agenda which was then agreed upon. then the council endorsed the minutes of its previous session.
the advisory council also discussed a report of the finance and economic affairs committee study of a draft law amending some provisions of decree law no. (37) of 2004 granting mowasalat transport company (mowasalat) a qatari joint stock company a franchise to manage and operate taxis and decided to refer its recommendations thereon to the cabinet.
